Opportunity Overview:
The volunteer will benefit in the emerging opportunities such as capacity building trainings.
The volunteer is expected to share a summary report to the immediate supervisor highlighting what he/she has accomplished, the lessons learned, challenges and probably the innovative proposals that can accelerate the organization results.
The volunteer is expected to read, understand and interpret all the organization policies and plans and be able to respond to any question relating to those polices, plans and overall organization operations effectively and accurately.
All communications should be made official through email address to the immediate supervisor in the organization and in the event of absenteeism, a prior clear communication of request and the number of days should be made to the immediate supervisor.
The volunteer will fill personnel form with all the details required just as any staff in the organization and this information should be kept in his/her file together with CV.
N/B: The organization has the mandate to revoke the volunteer position or period if there are circumstances where the volunteer has not complied with the organization constitution and policies including reporting to the office/remote. A prior notice on the same will be provided before revoking the volunteering period and position through formal writing.
